SBI Recruitment 2023 – Selection Process
The final choice will be made based on the shortlist, the interview, and the CTC negotiation.
Shortlisting: A candidate won’t be called for an interview just because they have the minimum qualifications and experience. The criteria for shortlisting will be decided by the Bank’s Shortlisting Committee. After that, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted and called in for an interview. The Bank’s decision about which candidates to interview is final. Merit List: The merit list will be made in descending order based only on how well you did in the interview. If more than one candidate gets the cut-off marks (the same number of points at the cut-off point), they will be ranked according to their age, from oldest to youngest.
