IB Recruitment Education Qualification
- The candidate must have done Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education
- Possession of domicile certificate of that state against which candidates have applied.

- Possession of a valid driving license for mortar vehicles (LMV) issued by the appropriate authority.
- Understanding of motor mechanisms.
- After receiving a valid driver’s license, you must have at least one year of experience driving a mortar car.
IB Recruitment Age Limit (as on 13/11/2023)
- For Security Assistant/MT posts, the candidates must not exceed the age limit of 27 years.
- For Multi Tasking Staff, the candidates must fall in the age group of 18-25 years.
Candidates must be in possession of a domicile certificate from the state in which they have applied.
